Our talented dancers excelled once again at the 2026 State Dance Competitions, competing against leading Perth elite performers at DanceLife Unite over the weekend.
With over 1,000 competitors in attendance, our soloists received outstanding achievements across multiple categories:
Blut Dollar: 1st Place Gold (93 points) – Newcomer Apprentice.
Diana Bui: 2nd Place Silver (88 points) – Own Choreography.
Rahail Gebreselassie: 1st Place Gold (95 points) Rahail also received the Judge’s Overall Award, Future Star.
Chloe Lenihan: 1st Place Gold (89 points) – Own Choreography.
All competitors from Girrawheen SHS qualified for Nationals with their performances.
We are incredibly proud of each dancer for their commitment and performance. These results highlight the strength of our dance program and the high standards our students continue to achieve.
