On Friday, 14 November, four STEM teams proudly represented Girrawheen Senior High School at the First Lego League (FLL) competition hosted by Woodvale SHS. Each team delivered an outstanding performance, with one team earning a place in the grand final!
This remarkable team—comprising students from Years 7 to 11 (Rudra Gandhi, Yenten Togbay, Jinesh Khadka, Htoo Soe, Muhammad Khizer Abbasi, and Senam Wangyel)—will compete on Friday, 13 December at Curtin University.
We are also thrilled to celebrate our STEM Coordinator, Mrs. Charan Pabla, who received the prestigious Coach/Mentor Award for her exceptional guidance and dedication.
A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Pabla and the following teachers whose support made these achievements possible: Mrs. Sonkhla, Mr. Sinhar, Mr. Baines, Mrs. Diem, Ms. Snow, and Ms. Dowling.
