To finish off Term 1, Girrawheen Senior High School proudly celebrated Harmony Day with a vibrant showcase of our students’ rich and diverse cultural backgrounds.
Students put on a wonderful performance for the whole school, sharing traditional songs and dances that reflected their heritage.
The assembly was a joyful and inclusive experience, with students confidently sharing their cultures with pride while the audience responded with enthusiastic clapping and cheers. The celebrations continued with an energising lunchtime drumbeat session that brought students together through rhythm and movement.
It was a fantastic day that truly reflected the spirit of harmony, diversity, and inclusion within our school community.
