Girrawheen Senior High School is holding its Annual Drama and Dance Evening, “The Blue Tinted Mirror,” with all proceeds from the event donated to Beyond Blue.
Please join us on Friday 7th November 2025, at the Girrawheen SHS Performing Arts Centre from 6pm-6:30pm for refreshments and conversations around the big blue grazing table, followed by performances which will commence at 6:30pm.
We are delighted to host a grazing table prior to the performances to set the scene for meaningful conversations to help raise funds for those facing anxiety, depression, or suicide.
Did you know that 45% of people in Australia will face a mental health condition in their lifetime? However, most will not seek support.
Every dollar raised at the ‘Blue Tinted Mirror’ Drama evening will go towards funding Beyond Blue’s Support Service. When someone feels alone or overwhelmed, or like they don’t know what to do next – no matter who they are, where they live, or what time of day it is – it’s vital that they know Beyond Blue is there for them.
As a member of the audience, you’ll experience original Drama works thoughtfully created and performed by our talented Senior School students, which explore the different themes of mental health. You will also get to witness performances by our Dance students which are sure to leave an impression.
