Wednesday 28th June 2023 is a very important day. From 12pm – 6:30pm, parents and caregivers are encouraged to come to the school to collect their child’s Semester 1 Report.
Parents can book in interviews with their child and their teachers via SOBS, which is our online booking system, accessed by clicking on the following link:

We also welcome walk-ins to meet with teachers during times which aren’t booked.
A station in the Library will also be set up for parents who require help accessing or using “Connect” which is our web and app-based program where parents can monitor their child’s learning, communicate with teachers, receive important notices from the school, and for collection of Semester 2 Reports at the end of the year.
In case you needed another reason to come down and see us, there will also be a competition, with 2 x $100 gift cards up for grabs for two lucky winners. To enter, you must be over 13 years of age, and simply follow the Girrawheen SHS Facebook and Instagram accounts, then fill out an entry slip on the day. The winners will be drawn the next day, and once verified, contacted to collect their prize from the School Admin. This competition is open to all people over the age of 13. *If draw winners are not following school social media pages, the prize will be redrawn
*If winners are uncontactable after one week, the prize will be redrawn
