Dance & Drama
We are renowned for our innovative, student-centred and highly productive Dance and Drama programs.
Students in all year groups have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of staged performances and productions, including YOH FEST.
Our Dance and Drama events are strongly supported by the school and local community and everyone has the opportunity to get involved - students, staff, parents and friends.
The Drama program includes all aspects of theatre:
- lighting
- sound
- set design
- costume design
- performance
The Dance program is designed for both males and females and has a contemporary focus.
Learning is both theoretical and practical and students experience:
- Contemporary and other genres - jazz, cheerleading etc
- Choreography
- Dance in popular culture
- Australian Dance
