Assessment Policy
Assessment procedures must be fair, valid and reliable.
Assessment tasks are used to help determine the level and grade a student should be awarded.
We believe that all students need to take responsibility for their own learning. At the same time, the school will support students to achieve when difficulties arise.
Our assessment policies have been developed so that students, parents and teachers are aware of their responsibilities.

Extensions on assessments may be possible in some circumstances.
Students requiring an extension should see their relevant Year Leader, obtain an Application for Extension form, complete it and submit it prior to the assessment due date.
