Workplace Learning
This program provides students with opportunity to take their learning outside of the classroom and have a real workplace experience. Students develop industry skills, knowledge and networks in a workplace environment within the industry of their choosing.
Students are issued with a work placement by the school and are required to reflect on and learn from their experiences in the workplace.
Students will be assessed on the following skills:
- communication
- teamwork
- problem solving
- self management
- planning and organisation
- technology
- learning
- health and safety
Students who are completing a number of our Certificate programs are required to complete the Workplace Learning course as part of their qualification.
