English Language Support
Supporting the language needs of overseas students
Students whose first language is not English, have the opportunity to study English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EALD) if eligible. This program is taught by specialised English Language teachers and aims to develop and refine English language skills within an academic context.
Students develop a critical understanding of standard Australian English while having their home language respected and valued.
Our dedicated Cultural Liaison Officer also works closely with English Language specialist teachers to identify language concerns ensuring students are able to reach their full academic potential.
